COVID-19 DELAY : Due to local postal service disruptions and border checkout holdups during the pandemic, most of the delayed packages arrive within 20 days from date of dispatchment, with the longest duration being 30 days.

Find out which shipping company is being used for your order from the order notification email, and refer to the shipping company's website for more details on service disruptions in your location.
 
Refund/resend can be processed if your order package doesn't arrive after 35 days (from order payment date).
