Unless otherwise specified, all sales, discounts and discount codes apply only to products manufactured by simpletome. We reserve the right to alter or discontinue any sales, discounts or discount codes at any time without notice.
Shipments
We make every attempt to honour the shipping request that you have made at check out. Orders will only be processed and shipped within two work days 9AM-6PM (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays excluded unless otherwise stated). To track your order, log in to your simpletome account and use the tracking number provided.

Free Fast International Delivery Shipping worldwide for orders over 399$ (3-7 work days)
Price & Payment
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT (only where applicable - see below) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. We reserve the right, however, to change prices at any time without notice to you.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country and that customs reviews may be performed at random and/or without any warning, thus we cannot guarantee advance notice of such payable costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for accurate and up-to-date information.
In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of where you reside (also applicable for customers holding dual citizenship), you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
If your credit or debit card payment is not processed successfully for any reason, we reserve the right to reattempt to process payment. If you do not want us to reattempt to process payment, please send a cancellation request to [email protected] to let us know.
Please familiarise yourself with these terms and conditions before you place an order as we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged.
Return & Warranty
Please note that dog gear including but not limited to harnesses/vests/packs and collars cannot be returned/exchanged as they will have been in contact with fur and cannot be repackaged to be sold in brand new conditions all customers find acceptable. Please also note that a traceable order number is required for after-sales services.
The warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defect, simpletome will repair or replace at our discretion, free of charge. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, improper use, or the natural break down of colors and materials over time.
All clothing items must be in un-worn, un-washed condition to be eligible for warranty.
