1.1 Prices. For first time customers of simpletome the minimum order value is $1000 at dealer price for all category. All authorized dealers will receive 30% off based on MSRP, plus the cost of shipping once $1000 or $3000 is met. Price are subject to change without prior notice.
1.2 Payment. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. The seller will not ship any order that is unpaid for. simpletome accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa), paypal and TT transfer payments. For TT payments, please contact for payment details after you submit your order inquiry via our website. All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee. 3. MSRP
Products or goods purchased from OneTigris shall not be sold lower than the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Dealer Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, permission for special sale events of any discount by the Dealer Account must be requested in writing to simpletome via and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.
4. Product Information
Product information displayed on Seller's website is to be used for informational purposes only and may change without notice. The seller makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information provided.
5. Sales Restrictions
5.1 Dealer discount is negotiable; purchase price depends on the order quantity, product type, lead time, payment terms, etc.
5.2 Depending on the business type, simpletome permits only one dealer in a certain area within one country, so as to avoid vicious competition within the same area.
5.3 Dealers are not allowed to sell simpletome products through online channels such as Amazon, eBay, Wish, Aliexpress and elsewhere where simpletome has official operating stores.
5.4 Customized needs for dealers can be accommodated after discussion.
5.5 Individual product pages must include the line, "Authorized dealer of ©simpletome."
6. Refund or Buy-back
Within the Refund Time Limit of the conclusion of the Term, customers may return any unsold Merchandise item(s) in original shipping condition to the Seller for a full refund of the invoice price of such Merchandise item(s). Customers shall bear the cost of shipping, handling and insurance for any returned Merchandise.
7. Returns, Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact simpletome at within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Customers may return (i) Merchandise that does not conform to Seller’s product specifications or (ii), Merchandise damaged or shipped incorrectly if notice of condition is given within time limit [2-year warranty] to notify of error or damage of receiving the merchandise. Returns sent to the Seller without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be refused and returned to to the sender at the sender's expense.
8. Disclaimer
Except as expressly set forth in this agreement, seller makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the merchandise. All other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed by seller. In no event shall seller be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues or profits of customer.

Buyer-Seller Relationship. The relationship created by this agreement is solely a buyer-seller relationship. This agreement does not make either party the employee, agent, or legal representative of the other for any purpose whatsoever.
