Attention:
Shipment delays are possible during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. simpletome works with multiple shipping companies to speed up the process and to fulfill worldwide shipments. Shipment delays will vary from one destination to another. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. Read more about the coronavirus.
COVID-19 DELAY : Due to local postal service disruptions and border checkout holdups during the pandemic, most of the delayed packages arrive within 20 days from date of dispatchment, with the longest duration being 30 days.
U.S. STORM DELAY : Prolonged severe weather across the U.S. is causing delays including the ability to pick up and deliver in certain cities. Find out which shipping company is being used for your order from the order notification email, and refer to the shipping company's website for more details on service disruptions in your location.
Refund/resend can be processed if your order package doesn't arrive after 35 days (from order payment date).

In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of where you reside (also applicable for customers holding dual citizenship), you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
